What to do if you do not find a solution to your problem here?
First: Check, if there is a new version of PDFCreator in the download area. If you already have the latest version or the new version does not solve the problem, then feel free to go to the forums to ask for help.

Help...when I try to open a PDFCreator document I've printed to PDF with PDF Creator, I get a X message that says it can't be opened because it is corrupted or wasn't correctly decoded. How can I fix this? thx

I had to restore my computer to "out of box" status. I saved all important personal documents but thought to reinstall the PDF creator after the fact. I did and now when I prepare to create a PDF document, I see the copy being made but it doesn't tell me where it is being saved. Before it always showed the place to look for the document. I have created one document at least three times and can't find it anywhere on the computer. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Many Thanks.

I have a MS-Word file that can not convert to PDF file correctly. Could you give me a E-mail address. So I can send that MS-Word file to you to find out the problem.

Do I really need to select a picture (choices appear to be in Downloads where there don't seem to be any) or to enter my signature? I don't seem to be able to do either.
Problemas alternando PDFCreator e a padrão do Windows (laser)
Pessoal,
Numa aplicação em VDF 14.1, processo de faturamento, existe a impressão de relatórios Crystal e boletos CobrebemX. Quando esse boleto precisa ser gerado em PDF eu uso a impressora PDFCreator. Se eu não fechar o sistema e abrí-lo novamente a próxima impressão de um outro boleto vai para a impressora PDFCreator, mesmo determinando que utilize a impressora padrão do windows (laser).
Vocês sabem o por que desse comportamento, ou como resolver isso?

Internet Explorer integration does not work. I am using Wndows7 and IE 8.0 . Has anyone else had this problem?
