Hi
I've installed PDFCreator on a Windows SBS2003, and everything during the installation went ok. When I try to access the "PDFCreator settings" nothing happens, or the cursor changes about 2 sec and then nothing happens.
I've tried to configure PDFCreator by installing the same software on my laptop and comparing the registry. I selected auto-save and "use this directory for auto-save", and i typed
I'm using rdp to access the server!
I hope someone knows why this happens.
Klaus
Which version of PDFCreator use you?
Please use a RDP console session.
Frank
I used version 0.9.2, and i also tried using "mstsc.exe /console" but it still didn't work.
If i just started PDFCreator then i culd see the window and when printing to the printer i could also see the progress here. It was only the PDFCreator settings window i couldn't see.

Mhmmm. I've installed PDFCreator on a Win2003 server without any problems. To find the problem I must reproduce this behaviour.
It is possible that I can get rdp access to the machine?
Frank
PS: What is your natural language?
I have this same problem.
I have tried both versions of the latest version and still no settings box.
I have ran the installation directly on the server, several times but with no luck.
Could it be an issue with SBS2003?
Simon
When I try to bring up the settings window I get a 'memory error' and the program closes.
Accessing the server directly, the program closes with no warning errors if I click on Options. Is there anyone who can shed some light?
Thanks, Dave

Disabling DEP solved my problems.
