A few days ago I tried to make a .pdf file from an existing .pdf file using PDFCreator. Up till then, it had worked perfectly but on that occasion, there was no output. Today I have tried to make several .pdf files from Word files, and again, there is no output. Everything goes smoothly up to the final 'save' - then no file is produced.
Can anyone tell me how to correct this?

The simplest way is to reinstall PDFCreator and delete all options.

Thank you. I uninstalled and reinstalled PDFCreator, but it has not helped. However, I didn't understand what you meant by 'delete all options' so maybe that's where I went wrong. Which options, where?
The uninstall process ask you to delete all options. It is also possible to delete the regkey HKCU\Software\PDfcreator
