trouble with waiting list for printing

Dear All,

thanks for this fantastic product, I usde it daily !
I have a trouble, today I cannot open the software, it seems that a document in in the queue for printing, and a windows appear, and nothing is possible except to click on the red cross to close the software

One document is waiting, and I do not have the hand and solution to initialize

I have tried delete all printing document in my printer sectio: Nothing

Could you help ?

I m in Windows XP pro

Close PDFCreator if it is open. Now start PDFCreator with the parameter
/ClearCache
