PDF creator running as windows service takes one minute per page to print.

I've configured PDFCreator version 0.9.3 as a service on Windows server 2000. The operation runs fine except for the delay between pages being printed. The delay is slightly more than one minute between the time the first file is sent to it and the next. I've changed the general settings in PDFCreator for process priority to the highest level, but when I look at the windows printer queue for PDFCreator it shows the owner as system and the priority is 1.

Does anybody have an idea?

I am having the exact same issue. At first I thought that the service was not running at all, after coming across this post I exercised some patience and eventually the PDF file was created in my server share. Have you been able to resolve this issue?
