HOW TO UNINSTALL ON vista'

HI i'VE INSTALLED THE O.93 MSI PACKAGE ON VISTA...I'VE HAD SOME PROBLEMS ON INSTALLATION THEN I WANT TO REMOVE.... BUT I'VE THIS ERROR:
"there is a problem with this window installer package a program required for this install to complete could not be run. contact your support...

CAN YOU HELP ME???

Hi, I am also only user and no programmer. I have installed PDF Creator on Vista and now it is not possible to remove it. This is why I am not able to install new compatible version. I have found similar questions in this forum but no answer till now. Coud anybody give here clear advice how to do it? Thanks, Ales from Czech. rep, Prague.
