Black and white are inverted

I am trying to print to PDF, but when I do blacks turn white and whites turn black. It's a complete negative of what I'm printing.. Any thoughts??

Which program is printing? What happens if you use notepad?

Working with diagrams such as wiring schematics from a program called ALLDATA, If I try from Notepad or other applications it works fine... I am thinking there is something with the ALLDATA
