userdefined paperformat

Hi can any help me?

is there any way to take the userdefined Pagelayout in the
resluting PDF File?
e.g. my Site is 210x100mm. In the created PDF-File the site is every A4 (210x297) Changes in propertys page for Printersettings are without any effects.

Hilfe -> Einstellungen -> Versteckte Einstellungen
Papersize
oder
DeviceWidthPoints, DeviceHeightPoints
