i can not go to a site link www.xxxx.xxx from a pdf page made by pdfcreator
if i use pdf995 to print from the same site i can.
(The hand icon changes to pointing hand on the pdf document if 995 is used)
am i doing some thing wrong?

PDFcreator doesn't support hyperlinks. If you use the Adobe Reader 7.0.x you got this support (but it is not perfect). If it is a word document you can use pdf-t-maker (http://www.transcom.de/transcom/en/2004_pdf-t-maker.htm) to create pdfs with real hyperlinks.
