Tried to use the previously working 0.8.1 and got an empty .pdf. So downloaded latest version and installed after I uninstalled previous version, but during installation got message something about can't install or can't find printer, preceded with install and it would not work. Same fault as previous so decided to uninstall and try and reinstall 0.8.1, but uninstall stalled, leaving me with situation that I can't reinstall because of previous installation, and I can't uninstall because a file is missing (unins000.dat?). Tried doing a manual uninstall removing all files and folders and every registry entry that mention program name but still can’t reinstall. Where is the entry or file that prevents reinstallation? Tried system restore but restored version does not work (as above) and I still can't uninstall it. Great pity as it was an excellent program.
At first you should check the faq.

I managed to fix the problem myself, here's how;
Did a system restore to before I had this problem, but this still would not let me do an uninstall of 0.8.1 as the missing .dat file was still missing. Because I had upgraded from 98 to XP I still had the original Hard Drive with the original installation of 0.8.1, connected up the old hard drive and retrieved the program folder and substituted it in the XP H.D. Did an uninstall successfully and tried to reinstall 0.9.2., but same message regarding "printer installation errors". Read the SetupLog.txt and saw that there were conflicts with the printer (H.P. 3845). Uninstalled both 0.9.2 and H. P. printer drivers. reinstalled 0.9.2 with success and tested then installed printer drivers that XP had for 3840 series, again success. Tested 0.9.2 and it worked to. So if you have problem installing 0.9.2, uninstall your printer drivers, install 0.9.2 then reinstall your printer drivers. Worth a try?
