I get these same errors when checking out or exporting while using tortoiseSVN:

Command: Checkout from http://pdfcreator.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/pdfcreator/tags/Version%200.9.5, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included

Error: Repository moved permanently to '/viewvc/pdfcreator/tags/Version%200.9.5/';

Error: please relocate

Create a new empty folder and try it again. No problems here using the url:
https://pdfcreator.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pdfcreator/tags/Version 0.9.5

Be sure that you use the latest version of tortoiseSVN. I'm use it too.

I re-tried it on a newly created, empty directory.
This is the message I get when I Check for Updates:

Your version is: 1.5.0.12786
Current version is: 1.4.8.12137
You already have the latest version installed.

It must be some other problem.
I'll try a few more things and let you know.
