StandardDateFormat resetting

I've changed the StandardDateFormat setting in the registry from YYYYMMDDHHNNSS to YYYYMMDD. I can see that the change took when I go into options and put the tag into an auto-save file name.

Soon thereafter (I think when I save the settings), it reverts back to YYYYMMDDHHNNSS..

I tried looking at the code to see where it handles this (because I was actually just going to add a new tag to just add the date), but I haven't been able to find it.

I'm using 0.9.5
I am not using the server configuration

Any thoughts?
