Creating a nonstandard paper size size pdf

2008-06-10 03:01:32 by TheLoneBadger

I am attempting to create some 80 x 165mm forms, which the printer would like in .pdf format. I have used Word to create a page of that size and designed the form in it. However, when I convert to PDF I end up with an A4 page with my form sitting in the middle.

I have used 'properties', 'advanced', 'paper size' to set the printer called PDFCreator to use 'postscript custom' sized paper, which I have set to be 80 x 165. This does not appear to have changed anything - the .pdf produced is still 8.26x11.69".

What do I need to do to create a 80x165mm pdf? Thank you for any help you can offer.

I face the same issue here. I can not find the way to set-up custom paper size documents.

I've had a similar issue, trying to print a landscape legal paper size document, no matter where I set those values, acrobat does not seem to understand the size. Strangely, a different viewer (Amyuni) would understand the size but mess with the margins just a little tiny bit.

People, there is a solution for custom document size in this post:
