Need solution for different page sizes

Hello
I need to let my people create pdfs easily from a ppt.
now we create pdfs but they have white margins around the slide. with acrobat i was able to reduce the output dimensions in a way to avoid the white margins.

question: can we do this in pdfcreator?
if it has to be done via the com interface: who would be able to write this for us at what cost?

OR: des anyone knows a tool to crop pdfs automatically (via batch or so)

I think that this is possible with the new version 0.9.3. Here can you define fix paper sizes.
