Is there any way or any plans to be able to create watermarks on the PDF files?

For graphical watermarks use
Options/Program/Actions/Run program after saving
-> AddWatermark2PDF.vbs
You need the freeware pdftk for this.

For stamps you can try the pre-release 0.9.3.
