additional blank page and error message

when creating a single pdf from multiple sources/pages
we get an extra blank page and this error message ech time we print..any tips or help appreciated

I'm one of the developers. I need your help to solve this problem?

1.) Print this page again.
2.) Click on "Wait\Collect".
3.) In the PDFCreator monitor right click on the file and save it.
4.) Send this file to me.

Have you changed anything in author, title, subject, keywords etc?

Was a solution ever found for the additional page & error message problem, I of course have encountered the same issue, a solution to the problem would be greatly appreciated.
