PDFCreator Translations for 0.9.3

Dear translators,

for the upcoming version 0.9.3 of PDFCreator, there are some enhancements in the translation file.
Please update your translations and upload them to pdfforge.org, so they can be integrated in the new version, which will appear in about ten days.
The new version also is available in svn, so you can test your files.
