PDFCreator overwrites Windows shortcuts (.lnks) instead of following them

I'm using PDFCreator 0.8.0 with Windows XP SP2.

Consistently, when I hit the Save button, and then in the Save As box, if I double-click on a Windows shortcut file, instead of opening the target of the shortcut and allowing me to continue navigating, PDFCreator saves the PDF file *OVER* the shortcut file (Shortcutname.lnk).

This destroys the shortcut (very irritating, as you have to know where to find it and how to fix it) and will probably confuse a lot of people.

This is a major usability problem IMO because a lot of people have shortcuts on their desktops to more frequently used folders, but not a lot of people will understand what's happening when this bug occurs.

Also, some form of Cancel button would be nice. I sometimes print to PDF by mistake (it was used in the last print command and the browser/Windows is defaulting to using it again, while I'm expecting it to be my normal paper printer), and it's counter-intuitive to have to click Waiting, then select the job, hit Delete, and then finally X out of the window.

Again, a bit counter-intuitive and convoluted in terms of expected UI and behavior.

thanks,
Anthony
