Resolution / dpi setting not saved in v0.96

Hi all,

I was trying to use PDFCreator to output images, but I cannot set the resolution / dpi settings for the image formats -- it is not saved: each of the format has a resolution setting, but after a look into the registry I find the dpi setting is common to all formats and you can only change it by changing the setting in the "Raw" page (in v0.96).

It would be great if the maintainer can improve the UI, by just adding a line saying "Please change the dpi setting in the 'Raw' page". Thanks a lot.

Tom

Thank you for this info.
I stumbled on this a while ago and had to use 150 for printing.
Now I can raise it to at least 300.

Hi there, I am having the same problem trying to change TIFF documents resolution, from 150 to 200.
I suppose this will be solved in future releases, but from now, I am interested in know how to change the raw code.
I tried it, and changed all code where I found the 150 value followed by the word TIFF, but doesn't work... can you explain me how you did it, please? :)

Thanks for the quick fix, but as my user-name implies, I am quite interested to know when we will be able to download 0.9.7?
Or where, if you publish it already.

It is exactly this feature, that lets me print text as images (and another kind of "secure" PDF afterwards), which makes me use PDFCreator in the first place.

TY.

Now, that I have misunderstood the initially suggested work-around myself, I can probably help you.

In 0.9.6, use the DPI-Setting for the "RAW"-format to set it once for good and it will be set for the other image-formats as well. No need fussing around with source-code or something.

To get to this option, click "formats" in the setting-dialog, then move to the RAW-image format.

I hope, my English is bad enough to make me comprehensible to those who have the same problems as me... ;-))
