Hello,
i suppose it is a bug.
In the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PDFCreator\Program, the key FilenameSubstitutions contains at the first time,
"Microsoft Word - |\.doc|\Microsoft Excel - |\.xls|\Microsoft PowerPoint - |\.ppt".
When i open the option Page in PDFCreator, i go to Save in the program list. I can see 6 entries for filename substitutions. A little strange because it is the same entry that in the registry but twice.
So, i save the settings even if i change nothing.
I go to the registry, same key and 1 saw 6 entries.
I reopen the option page and go to again Save and i saw again other entries, always the same repeated.
I save .
And if i do it more time, the key in the registry grows up and the option page takes too long to open and to close if i save.
I use PDFcreator 0.9.2 on Windows Server 2003 for sharing the pdfcreator printer.
