Add links in the PDF ?

Hello,
Is it possible to add in the PDF document the links present in a HTML or Word document ?

if you print a msword doc to pdfcreator that has html links in it. the pdf will show the blue-underlined text in the pdf but it is NOT a link.
The only way, so far, to add links to pdf files is with a real pdf editor.

For word documents use pdf-t-maker in conjunction with PDFCreator.
