Error 401 and/or 1k blank file generated

Hi all,

Well I have some trouble with PDFC.
I'am getting an 401 error and the file generated is a blank 1k file.
Any help would be appreciate.

PDFC installed on Windows 2003 Server as serveur and just configured for autosave with :
-> FileName : .pdf
-> Directory : c:\temp\
Error is :
