How to Pass the filename to PDFCreator

I'm trying to use PDFCreator with some programs that only print to printers and for every print job there needs to be a unique filename.

Looking over the FAQ and this forum I haven't been able to figure out how to pass the name I want the file saved as.

Any suggestions?
