Dialog box appearing again and again even the pdf file has been generated accordingly

Hi.
I have used PDF Creator for about a year and have never encountered any problems. But recently when I try to use it to convert some Word documents into pdf files, the dialog box containing "save, wait-collect... etc" appears again and again, even after I clicked save and a pdf file was generated accordingly. I think there is something wrong.
I uninstalled the program and re-install it. Yet the problem persists.
Can you please tell me how to fix it?

I've been getting the same problem. I'm running Windows Vista and I think this is a permissions issue. PDFCreator is storing it's spool files at: C:\Program Files\PDFCreator\Temp\PDFCreatorSpool\

When I set the permissions on this directory to allow "Users" to have "Full Control" over it's files the problem seemed to go away.

Maybe on a Vista install PDFCreator should store temp files in a folder under the currently logged in user's home folder to avoid this?
