Installer keeps running

Installed PDFCreator, it works but every time I use it Windows Installer runs again. I can hit 3 times and it eventually goes away, then PDFCreator opens and runs fine. This problem slows things down dramatically, to say the least. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling, didn't help.
Any suggestions ?

This is a windows installer bug. Please use the "Windows Installer Clean Up" tool http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
