When trying to install PDFCreator 0.9.6, I get an error message which says that PDFCreator is already installed, and that the current installation will be terminated. However, PDFCreator is not installed--there is no listing of PDFCreator in the Windows/Control Panel/Installed Programs listing; PDFCreator is not listed as a printer in any program; there is no PDFCreator folder listed under the My Computer/Local Disk/Program Files tree. How can I install PDFCreator?
