PDFCreator screen doesn't appear

Hi all,

I installed PDFCreator as a service on our Citrixserver, but when using it, the PDFCreator windows doesn't appear. When I, for example, make a document in Word and use the PDFCreator button, the PDF-document is send to the Temp-directory, but after that nothing happens.

When I start the PDFCreator manually I see the processed document in queue and get the windows what I want to do with it (mail, save, printer, etc).

How can I make this screen appear immediatly?

Mhmm this is not supported as service on a Citrix terminal server. Why do you need a service?
