Help to make it work on Vista

2009-03-23 18:25:12 by sasundi

Installed version is 0.9.7 (February 3, 2009)

'PDFCreator' does show as one of the printer and it is set as default printer

In the queue it does show - 'spooling' and then 'printing' but pdf document doesn't get created.

I tried this on Notepad, Word, Excel and even using the toolbar to directly convert the web page to pdf.

Any help is greatly appreciated

It runs for me on Vista just fine.

The problem may be where the file is being placed. Open up the PDFCreator application and on the menu Click on Documents>Add. Pick your document and Open. The PDFCreator print monitor will come up and show you where it is putting your files.

Hope this helps. Alan
