Cannot change file name at Footer for html file

I can easily convert text file, word file and power point files to pdf but when tried html file, the path name appears at the footer. I tried to convert this name at Document title in Options but nothing worked out. It always show the path at the footer.
Is there a way to remove footer information or atleast file name appears instead of path?
