Where is PDFCreator.dll in version 0.9.8 ?

Hi,

I'm trying to use DotNet 2005 COM samples of version 0.9.8 and it seems PDFCreator.DLL file is missing.

Anybody knows where it is?

Which PDFCreator.dll? There is no PDFCreator.dll.
