unable to create a pdf from doc or txt file

im trying to convert a txt or a doc to pdf and i see the splash screen for a sec and disapear .... and it didn't create a pdf and do nothing else ... i try to uninstall reboot reinstall twice nothing works ...

what can i do to make this thing work ?
