Running as a service, but still needs to be logged on?

We have PDFForge PDFCreator 0.9.8 running on our Fileserver (Win 2003) and is configured as a service.

Even though it is a service, we are still required to logon to the server.

Any ideas for this? I'm sure it could be fixed with a simple setting tweak?
