pdf creator will not let me uinstall

It says "there is a problem with the installer package. A program required for this install could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
This is in the uninstall pane in Windows 7.

Same problem here...
used the MSI file to install using GPO.
Was working with WinXP, but not with Win7.
problem : doesn't allow to upgrade version or uninstall actual non-working one...
Any idea on how t osuppress any trace of a previous setup ?
