Assume I have an average web page currently loaded in web browser (IntExp/Firefox).

Such a web page contains usually a couple of links (and buttons). When I click on such a link
then the next target web page is loaded.

Now I print this page e.g. with PDFcreator.
In the resulting pdf only those links are clickable which are written and visible as full URL beginning
with http://...... Other links which were previously clickable are now converted to simple text.

How can I tell PDFcreator to keep the previous links as clickable links in the printed pdf as well?
