[SOLVED] Missing character A/a on first page when printing with IE9

Hello,

I found a strange behavior:

Open "Internet Explorer 9" (on Windows 7 64bit) and go to "microsoft.com". Now search for a Knowledge Base article, f.e. KB983443 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983443). Print this article with PDFCreator (Version 1.2.3).

In the created PDF all the "A" and "a" characters are missing, but only on the first page.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you and kind regards,
Michael

Sadly there are no answers. :-(

But it looks like that this issue is known already:
de.pdfforge.org/forum/open-discussion/7524-bad-characters

Changing the printer setting to "load softfont" did not help.
Developers help us, please!

Edit: I solved the issue with changing the "pscript5.dll" as recommended in the other thread. Many thanks to "joehtg" for his suggestion.

This really helps.

I just extract the PSCRIPT5.DLL file from the upd-ps-x32-5.4.0.11744.exe installer, and replace the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\PSCRIPT5.DLL, that get the  PSCRIPT5.DLL file upgraded( version 6.1.7600.16385 (win7_rtm.090713-1255)).
