I have run the sample VB code to convert a doc file to tiff format but I am facing an issue. During the conversion, MSWord is opened for a while and a small dialog box ["printing..." written in the middle] shown for a moment. Both word and the dialog box are disappeared once the conversion is over.

I dont want to show the MSWord and the dialog box to the user. Please let me know the way to hide them.
