TIF

Why is it that i cannot right click on TIF files and create a PDF? Everyone else can at the office, but I cannot. I can right click on other files, just not TIF. I have tried to reinstall an older and newer version. Thanks.
I can print a picture file from the right click menu but no go directly to PDFCreator. If I choose to print the file the print dialog will allow me to choose the PDFCreator printer at that time. I do get a right click menu item for other files such as .odt but I rarely use any item on the right click menu except to open the file in an application. I would rather see the contents before printing/creating PDf.
