Small improvement: documentation (fly2pdf.xsl)

Hi All,
Just a somehow improved version of the XML-documentation transformation file (xsl):
>> Download fly2pdf.xsl ("save as ...") <<
- better printouts
- works fine w/ IE7+ and Firefox 2.0.0.7
it's not an attempt to refactor all the transformation file, though.
In other words, it could be furthermore improved, I guess ;)
