Hi,
I loaded (attempted to load) zPDFCreator-0_9_3-AD_DeploymentPackage-WithoutToolbar on my Vista system. The installation failed, and now I cannot install the right version onto my system without first removing the other version.
When I use the control panel to remove it I get the following mesasge: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A Program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
The Event Viewer reports:
Product: PDFCreator -- Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action: CustomAction201, location: C:\Windows\Installer\MSI5565.tmp, command: /Uninstall /LogPath"C:\"
Help! Any suggestions?
