Ghostscript problem Windows 95

Hi,
i'm trying to install pdfcreator on an old Windows 95 PC. The installation process works without problems, but when i try to print via PDFcreator, an error message pops up and says that there is no Ghostscript installed and the i should leave the Ghostscript box checked during setup or install Ghostscript seperately. In fact, it is not possible to deselect the Ghostscript installation box during setup and if i look in the chosen folder, it seems the Ghostscript files are there (dll etc.). So what is the problem and what could i do?
Thanks a lot,
Johannes

I have a similar problem. PDFCreator 0.9.5 installed OK on Win95 except file psmon.dll was in use and could not be accessed. I clicked ignore.
When I run PDFCreator I get a message saying cannot find gsdll32.dll. The file is present and the registry entries point to the folder containing it.
I uninstalled 0.9.5 and installed 0.9.3, installer gave message that PDFCreator cannot be installed on win95. I have previously run version 0.8.0 OK.
I would like to know if PDFCreator is compatible with win95.
While this is not my main OS I needed to test an application using the COM interface under Excel97 and old OS.
