PDF Creator does not complete the installation - fails during registration

The installation fails at the end where it tries to register in the registry. I am quite sure that it is the anti-virus software (PC-cillin) that I am using that is prohibiting this.
I have however, tried to even disable the anti-virus software, but it still does it.
It fails with the message:
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\OLEAUT32.DLL
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x5
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyway (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation"
I retry a few times (even after disabling the anti-virus software), but that does not work - and eventually have to abort.
Can you help me with this?

I also have this issue. I am running Windows 2003 with Citrix Metaframe. Thing is, when I load PDFCreator on a test server (with only Terminal Services, no Citrix), the install goes fine and works perfectly under a normal user account.
I also tried rebooting and manually registering the dll by going to the command line and entering: "c:\regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\oleaut32.dll" but this fails as well: DllRegisterServer in c:\windows\system32\oleaut32.dll failed. Return code was: 0x80070005
Any ideas?
