When printing a PDF document using PDFCreator 0.9.5

Versions 0.9.2, 0.9.3 and 0.9.4 RC1 do not display this error.

there is another error, displayed in all versions when printing from one specific program the first page is black&white. When using adobe PDF it works correctly and when printing to a colour laserjet it works correctly as well. After I print to a normal printer first and then print the same document to PDFcreator it does print in colour.
