I just spent over an hour looking for any list or reference of command syntax for PDFcreator and was not successful.

I am trying to integrate PDFcreator with PHP and create PDF pages dynamically. I found posts where it is evident that others have done this but these are mostly teasers, they do not provide solid evidence nor instructions on how this is accomplished.

I wonder how/where can one learn more about command syntax. If there is a PHP Class, then where is it? If there is a list of commands one can use with PDFcreator, where are they?
