Using PDF Creator out of a tax application, File-->Print-->PDFCreator results in the document printing but adding the following:

1 Blank Page and then 1 page with the following text:

I am not sure what is generating this additional printing as part of PDF Creator or how to turn off this error reporting, if possible.

It is a problem having to delete pages from PDF files on tax returns. (=
