we have some problems with the PDF Creator. It is installed on a Windows 2003 SP2 R2 Machine which is a Terminalserver. On this Terminalserver, some users logged in and use their Outlook and Navision Client. With the PDF Creator, we send our offers directly out of Navision as PDF attached on a new Outlook email. In irregular time distances the PDF Creator Process hang up and made a cpu utilization from 50% for one user. That case is only on the terminalserver. On a local XP Client (32bit) with a local Navision Client it works fine. Can it be it happend when more users as one simultanously work with it on a Terminalserver? In our case, it happend also when such one user is working with it. We tested it too at a 32bit Terminalserver and the same problem happens.
Have you some idea what the problem is?
