I use the mailer Pegasus Mail on a network. Usually when Pegasus Mail is launched it asks for a username, to avoid this I defined a special (to PMail) environment variable, %pmuser%, it has exactly the same content than %username%. It works well, Pegasus Mail no longer asks for a username, it uses the one of the current logged user.
Except when I use PDF creator.
When I print on PDF creator and choose to mail the pdf file, it launches Pegasus Mail (which is defined as the default mailer) but in that case it prompts for a username.
I asked to David Harris (Pegasus Mail author) and it told me that the reason is probably because when PDF creator is used it blocks the inheritance of the ev.

Do you confirm this?
Is there any chance to have it changed?
