pb to get the value of <REDMON_USER> in some cases

I've installed PDFcreator 0.9.5 as a server and i wrote a script in vbs to work with variable.
Everything is ok except when i chose to put a background banner on the doc or i activate security in the options, the value of the variable seems to be blank !! values of the others variables seems to be ok !.
Is it a bug ? can you help me.

it's not a problem of the script, if you write a simply *.bat with echo %1 %2 ... etc you will see that the is blanc when you switch on some of the options in pdfcreator.
