The "merge all and send" button is not available

Greetings,
Several questions:
1. Is it possible to always have open the email toolbar ? When I close PDFCreator and open it again, the toolbar disappears, and I have to "view, toolbars, email" again;
2. Why do the "email" and "merge all and email" buttons appear greyed out (disabled) ?

1.) This bug should be fixed in version 0.9.5. In my version 0.9.6 it is fixed. ;-)
2.) Add an email address.
