Print PostScript from Actuate results in very large page

Hi,

We are using Actuate Reports to print to PDFCreator and as far as I know it sends it in PostScript format.

When we look at the PDF that is created, the page is massive and we have to zoom to 100% (from 27%) to see the document which is placed in the bottom corner (A4 sized) of a landscape page.

If we print to PDFCreator from Adobe Reader, IE or word, everthing works as normal.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for that.

I had a look at the page settings at the report design levels and they are A4. When I print to a 'normal' printer, they output correctly.

I guessing that the problem lies somewhere in the translation of whatever it is that Actuate sends to the printer and how this application converts it.

Any other ideas would be appreciated
