Hi,

I have only one computer that has this problem and I have about 50 users using the very same Access application.

He is using PDF Creator 0.9.5 and I'm assuming everyone else has that version too. All his settings are set to print on Letter type size.

When he prints 1 report to PDF Creator, it prints the report in Tabloid format. If I try to use fixed* paper size Letter, it cuts the top and right section of the report.

If I do a preview of the report and then print it, it comes out Ok if I use fixed* paper size to Letter but same problem if I do not.

I've tried reinstalling but same problem.

*By fixed, I mean under options -> document -> property 2 -> use fixed paper size.

P.S. If anyone tells me to use Fixed and Preview, that isn't an available option because he needs to PDF dozens of reports a day.
